About Strategic Spark

I’m Elaine Hall, founder of Strategic Spark. With over 25 years of expertise in strategic communications, more than 20 years advancing nonprofit missions, and over a decade collaborating with higher education institutions, I bring a proven track record of driving impact and delivering results to every project I lead 

Backed by a B.A. in Communications from the University of Washington and a Master of Library and Information Science from San José State University, I have dedicated my career to helping organizations and individuals amplify their message, tell compelling stories, and achieve meaningful impact. Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in strategic fundraising, grant writing, professional writing and editing, and communication strategies. I have guided nonprofits through sustainable development planning, supported authors and academics in refining their manuscripts, and worked alongside institutions to craft compelling narratives that inspire action.
